Our Board
Our directors are the guiding force behind the people and the institution called Community Bank. Their job is to oversee everything that we do to ensure that it is done well and in accordance with our plans. They meet with the President and the other officers monthly to ensure things are going well.
Hank Pearsall
Hank is Chairman Emeritus. He used to run Sanford Corporation, until it was purchased by Newell, a NYSE company, in 1994. He lives in Oak Park and other places and loves to travel. He now helps his son in his real estate business.
Marty Noll
Marty is Chairman of the Board. He and his family have lived in Oak Park since 1978. Marty used to run two other Oak Park banks, and decided in 1995 that a local-flavored institution was what Oak Park needed in midst of the bank consolidations taking place. He's been a part of the Oak Park Development Corp. as well as several boards of West Suburban Hospital.
Rich Gloor
Rich is the owner of Gloor Realty. He attended school and operates his business in Oak Park and River Forest.
Eugene McEnery
Gene is a retired physician. He likes golf, travels extensively, and runs a beverage company. He has lived in Oak Park his entire life.
Arthur Morris
Art is also a physician. He runs a practice and a medical services company, so he's very busy. He is a long time member of the medical staff at West Suburban Hospital and has lived in the community all of his professional life.
Chatka Ruggiero
Chatka grew up in Oak Park. She is an investor in local multi-family real estate and has given much of her time and talent to local not-for-profit organizations.
Walter Healy
Walter is our President and a founding member of Community Bank. A 20-year veteran in banking, Walter’s leadership of our commercial lending division has been instrumental in fostering the Bank’s overall growth and activity. Walter and his wife Maureen and their five children reside in south Oak Park and are involved in a variety of civic and community activities, including Walter’s service on the finance committee of Ascension Parish.
We're as successful as we are today because of these people.
